HumanForest and UPS are working together to showcase UPS’ new initiative to create a more sustainable supply chain across their operations. UPS has built a programme which aims to ‘Green Up’ deliveries by offering users the ability to send parcels from local and convenient UPS Access Point locations’. For every 10 parcels someone sends or receives via a UPS Access Point location during the summer months, UPS will plant a tree!
UPS will be highlighting several of the UPS Access Point locations within the HumanForest app, allowing HumanForest riders to locate their nearest Access Point super easily. UPS is also giving 30 minutes extra free on your first ride with the code UPS30, to encourage people to cycle to their nearest Access Point with HumanForest.
Both UPS and HumanForest believe that you should not have to face the extra financial burden for choosing a sustainable option. Like our eBikes, which are both the most sustainable and most affordable in London, using UPS’ Access Point is both the greenest and the most affordable way of sending your precious packages!
This initiative ties in to UPS’ wider goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2050 and follows similar step-changes including UPS’ eco-responsible packaging programme and UPS’ Foundation which puts ‘planet protection’ as one of its five core values.
