- A valid entry is equal to one person being tagged per comment. One comment equals one entry.
- If multiple people are tagged in one comment, the entry is invalid.
- Giveaway ends 1200 BST on 31/07/24
- The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes using a random name generator.
- The winner will be notified via LinkedIn after 1200 BST on 31/07/24, with the intent of the 3 months free riding to be awarded by Cycle to Work Day on 01/08/24
- The two recipients of the 3 months of free riding will need to create a valid Forest account if they do not already have one.
- Human Forest Ltd decision is final and binding and no discussions and/or correspondence will be entered into in relation to any of the winners of the Giveaway.
- If the Prize is declined, or if a Prize remains unclaimed by a winner of the Giveaway within 24 hours of first contact by the Human Forest Ltd team, the Prize will be forfeited. In such circumstances, Human Forest Ltd reserves the right to award that Prize to another entrant, selected in accordance with these Terms. The replacement winner will be notified by Human Forest Ltd in the same manner prescribed above. Human Forest Ltd shall have no liability to a winner in the event that the winner is unable to take up their Prize.
- The promoter of this Prize Draw is HumanForest Ltd of 207-209 Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 0DN (“HumanForest Ltd”).
- There are only two Prizes available. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The Prize Draw is open to residents in the United Kingdom.
- Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Human Forest Ltd reserves the right to verify the age of entrants
- If you already have a Forest Plus via Cycle to Work subscription, which is different to Forest Plus that can be purchased via the app, you are unable to enter the giveaway.
- The Prize Draw is not open to employees, consultants or agents of Human Forest Ltd, or anyone else professionally associated with the Prize Draw.
- Human Forest Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or disqualify an entrant, amend these Terms or any of them, or to cancel, amend or withdraw the Giveaway at any time.
- Human Forest Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrants whom we believe, in our sole discretion, have acted fraudulently, violated these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unsportsmanlike conduct. Decisions regarding disqualification are final and not subject to appeal.
- HumanForest Ltd reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason.
- Human Forest Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. Human Forest Ltd has no control over communications networks and shall not be responsible for entries lost in transmission, or received late due to high online traffic levels, for technical malfunction or otherwise.
- These Terms and any obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising out of or in connection with either the Giveaway or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Each Party undertakes, in connection with the Agreement, to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, as such those relating to anti-corruption, export controls and/or international economic sanctions.
